One of President Bush's trademark Bushisms, used in place of the word "Nuclear". As in:
Saddam/Iraq/Iran/Osama Bin Laden/Syria/North Korea/Amsterdam had/has/or once knew a dude who knew a dude who had/has nukeler weapons. Fuck the UN, let's go Blair-man.
